Location Details: 1. CASE: In Dsseldorf Airport at Turkish Airlines Counter No. 268, where we gave up 8 luggages but none arrrived. The next day 26.06.2022 we went to the airport and received only 7 suitcases and the last one hasnt been delivered till date. We go daily to the airport to check but to no avail. We therefore have to buy necessary things we needed out of that bag.2. CASE: One of our received 7 suitcases was tampered and 3 Big Towels new were stolen. As a result the number lock of that suitcase is spoilt.
